Goes towards strategic projects & initiatives to expand and support the dHealth Ecosystem.
The funds will be released over a period of
10 epochs (1 epoch = 1.25 million blocks = 434 days).
Additionally, five percent of each block reward goes to the Innovation Fund.
Proposals for project funding have to be submitted to the Foundation by the end of each quarter and will be evaluated by an expert panel. Community voting will be implemented when the AppChain goes live in Summer 2023.
