The dHealth wallet is an application provided by the dHealth Foundation to connect and interact with the dHealth blockchain. It is available under the Apache 2.0 Licence. dHealth Foundation does not have any control over the assets and private keys in the user’s wallet, therefore, it does not act as a custodian or financial intermediary. The Wallet may integrate or provide access to applications by third parties, such as Wallet Assets, cryptocurrency exchanges, cryptocurrency information services. It is impossible for dHealth foundation to monitor Third Party Services and their use is subject to the terms and conditions of the Third Party Service provider. You acknowledge and agree that using the dHealth Wallet may carry significant financial and regulatory risks and that the Wallet’s use is at your own risk. You are responsible for securing your dHealth Wallet, including your private keys and other means of access to avoid losing access to your Wallet and assets. dHealth Foundation cannot recover or return any Wallet assets. dHealth foundation excludes by the fullest extent permitted by law any liability for security breaches which result in your loss of Wallet Assets or other data stored by you in the dHealth Wallet.

The application and impact of laws can vary widely based on the specific facts involved. Laws and regulations will change over time and should be interpreted only in light of particular circumstances. Accordingly, the information on the Site is provided with the understanding that the authors and publishers are not engaged in rendering any kind of professional advice and services.
